This explains what Proofline collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• What you enter in our forms: your email, the type of letter, the amount and tax year on it, and the exchanges and wallets you used.
• The IRS letter you upload, if you choose to.
• How you use this page: which buttons you press and which forms you start, tied to a random identifier stored in your browser, plus the advertising campaign that brought you here.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop abuse of our forms.

How we use it

To review your letter, prepare a quote, and contact you about it. We also use counts of page activity to understand which parts of this page help people.

How we protect it

Uploaded letters are stored encrypted in a private storage area that is not reachable by a public link. Only our team can open them. We never sell your information. Your uploaded letter is never sent to analytics or advertising services, or to third-party AI services.

We use service providers to run this site: Vercel for hosting and Supabase for our database and file storage. They process data on our behalf.

Deleting your information

Ask us and we will delete your information and any letter you uploaded. Reply to any email we send you.
